We will be finishing our discussion of unemployment.

We will then review all of our GDP and unemployment discussions.

At the end we'll a short quiz over GDP and Unemployment.

We will review and finish our discussion on GDP.  Then we will begin a discussion of unemployment.

Please read pages 23-24, and Chapter 23 for class on Monday.

We will get back, and go over, our quest from Thurs.

Then begin talking about the macroeconomic U.S. economy.

We will spend the first half of class practicing Comparative Advantage and S&D problems.

Second half of class will be a final "quest" over those areas.

Monday, Sept 24

We'll start by going over the quiz from Thurs.  I made it out of 20, not 15, points.

For class please read Chapter 6, pgs 113-131, and we'll discuss price controls, and quantity controls, in class.

We're going to start the day with a 15 min Quiz.  There will be one Trade/Comparative Advantage problem, one Supply/Demand problem, and 5 multiple choice questions (worth 15 points).  It will count.  :)

Read Chapter 6, pgs 113-131, and we'll discuss.

Tues, Sept 18

Please do problems #4 and #8 on page 58.  We'll finish the discussion on Demand, and then do Supply.  Please read pgs: 63-85.  We'll then practice S&D problems.  And you are to come up with a pneumonic.

Thurs, Sept 13

For Thurs we're going to complete the discussion on Trade.  Practice some Trade questions, and then begin Supply and Demand.  Please read pgs 63-71.
